Open mats:
- Monday and Wednesday nights
- 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- You must have a facility pass to participate
- Athlete must be in middle school or older, or have at least two years’ experience with wrestling.
Technical/Competition workouts:
- Tuesday and Thursday nights
- 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
- You must have a facility pass to participate.
- Athletes must be in kindergarten or above to participate in the structured practice.
